We talk about raising our frequency through meditation, breathwork, or gratitude, but few realize that our greatest source of alignment might be on our plate.
As a former professional dancer, I’ve always known that the body is more than flesh and bone. It’s an instrument of energy, rhythm, and resonance. For decades, I treated mine with precision and care. But for 36 years, even with that awareness, I coached women through the Standard American Diet and watched them lose connection with their bodies.
They counted, tracked, and restricted, but they weren’t healing. Their energy was off. Their intuition was dimmed. Their bodies were inflamed and confused. And I knew, deep down, there had to be another way.
Returning to Our Roots
Everything changed when I simplified. When I stripped away the noise and returned to what our ancestors knew instinctively: nature provides everything we need.
That shift led me to ancestral, animal-based nutrition, a way of eating that doesn’t chase numbers, but restores balance. It brought me back to a truth I had always felt but never fully understood:
Food is frequency.
Every organ has a resonance. Every cell vibrates. What we feed those cells can either create harmony or chaos. When we eat what nature designed for us, clean, unprocessed, deeply nourishing food, we begin to clear the static. The body remembers its rhythm. The mind quiets. The spirit expands.
This isn’t about dieting; it’s about tuning.

In my work now, we integrate frequency into everything we do. The same way a tuning fork brings an instrument back into pitch, specific harmonic frequencies can help bring the body back into coherence.
